Later, the Commission received a copy of OA No. 187/2025 titled Naveed Anjum Mir vs UT of J&K and Others, filed before the Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu. The petitioner alleged that Mr. Mohit Sasan had obtained the PSP certificate fraudulently, which had already been cancelled by the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri vide order dated 24.02.2025.
The Commission sought clarification and a detailed report from the Higher Education Department. In response, the Department forwarded the report of the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, dated 30.09.2025, confirming that the PSP certificate issued in favour of Mr. Mohit Sasan was cancelled as void ab-initio.
