Online Application forms are invited from the domiciles of UT of Jammu & Kashmir belonging to the Unreserved (UR) and SC (Scheduled Caste) categories for the pharmacist posts in the respective Pay Level, available in the University of Kashmir as per the following details:

Kashmir University Pharmacist Age Limit:
The age of candidates as on 01.01.2025 should be:
- Not below 18 years; and
- Not above:
a. 40 years in case of Open Merit;
b. 42 years in case of Physically Challenged candidates;
c. 43 years in case of SC/ST/RBA/LAC/PSP/EWS;
d. 50 years in case of substantive in-service employees of the University.

- Last date for submission of Hard copies for in-service candidates only (through proper channel): 31-12-2025
SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS:

| Step 2: Candidate needs to register him/herself before submitting the Online Application. Click on the Non-Teaching Jobs link. Remember the Username and Password for future reference. Use valid Email ID and Mobile Number during registration. |
| Step 3: After successful Registration, login using your Username and Password. |
| Step 4: Key in the personal details, educational qualifications, experience etc. Then Preview the Form. If details are correct, click Submit. If there is variation or you want to update, click Preview again, make corrections, and then Submit. No editing is allowed after final submission. Take a printout and note the Form No. for future reference. |
| Step 5: Select payment mode for depositing Application Fee (Online mode). Deposit the Application Fee of Rs. 750/- through Online mode only. PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. |
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Reservation to above post is as per S.O. 305 issued by the Social Welfare Department, Govt. of UT J&K.
- 4% horizontal reservation shall be provided to Physically Handicapped Category candidates as per Notification No. F(Res-Policy-Specially Abled)KU/Gen.Admin dated 03.05.2017.
- Only those candidates should apply who fulfill all eligibility conditions by the last date.
- Applications found incomplete shall be rejected.
- Applications of Government servants should be sent through the Administrative Authority; University Employees through the Registrar.
Applications not routed properly are liable to be rejected.
Advance copy may be sent before last date. - Candidates must ensure their name appears in the list uploaded later. Discrepancies must be reported within one week.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded.
- Corrigendum/Addendum will be published only on University website.
- Appointment shall be governed by the rules & regulations of UT Government / University.
- Services may be transferred between different Satellite Campuses.
- Impersonation or submission of fake/forged documents shall lead to prosecution and permanent/temporary ban from University employment.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
- University reserves the right not to fill any of the advertised vacancies.
- Shortlisted applicants must produce printout of Online Application (Hardcopy) with self-attested documents at time of test/interview.
Failure will result in disqualification. - Candidates called for interaction/document verification must produce original documents of age, qualification, experience, etc.
- University will verify antecedents of all documents submitted. If any document is fake or information suppressed, services shall be terminated forthwith.
- Candidates with foreign degrees must submit Equivalence Certificate from AIU, New Delhi.
- Eligible candidates shall undergo screening/selection process decided by the University.
- Scheme of Examination/Skill Test & Syllabus shall be notified separately on University website.
- Mere appearance in examination does not entitle appointment.
- Subject to outcome of writ petition(s), if any.
