The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued an important notification regarding the Document Verification (DV) of candidates falling under the consideration zone for the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) in the Power Development Department (PDD).
These posts were advertised through Notification No. 02 of 2025, under Item Nos. 02, 03, 04, and 05.

Equivalence Claims
Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce an Equivalence Certificate.
The Board will evaluate eligibility strictly as per the governing rules.
Ex-Servicemen Category
An affidavit is mandatory declaring that the candidate has never previously availed ESM reservation.
If found false at any stage:
- Candidature will be cancelled ab initio
- No notice will be issued
- Legal action may follow
