The Government of Jammu & Kashmir has issued Circular No. 26-JK(GAD) of 2025 dated 17 December 2025 regarding the mandatory filing of Annual Property Returns (APR) for the year 2025 by all J&K Government employees through the online Property Return System (PRS) Portal.
As per the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Servants Declaration of Assets and Other Provisions Act, 1983, submission of annual property returns is compulsory. Failure to comply may invite penal action under the Prevention of Corruption Act and denial of Vigilance Clearance.
