The University of Kashmir (UoK), has issued an official notice regarding the Winter Break 2026 for Private Sector Colleges affiliated with the University of Kashmir and located in the Summer Zone of Jammu Division.
This notice is issued by the Office of the Dean, College Development Council (CDC) and is in continuation of an earlier notification dated 24 December 2025.

The University has issued the following mandatory instructions:
Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff
Must remain available during winter break
Required to attend duties on inspection days, if any
Availability required as and when demanded by the college authorities

College libraries must remain open throughout the winter break period
