A legal challenge has been filed against the JKPSC CCE (JKAS) Preliminary Examination 2025, which was conducted on 7 December 2025. The matter has been registered as O.A. No. 1447/2025 – Syed Mudawar Shamus vs PSC & Another before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar Bench.
The petition was initially listed for admission on 17 December 2025. Subsequently, the case was taken up for hearing today, 29 December 2025, during which arguments were heard by the Tribunal.
After hearing the submissions, the Bench decided to adjourn the matter, and the next date of hearing has been scheduled for 8 April 2026.
